Wings of the Goddess Missions and Quests

I also did the Wings of the Goddess first mission while unlocking Dancer and got my Feather.

I'm getting in the area for hitting the Bastok *s* areas, but my Lappy does not have Wings installed yet.

While out, get your Grauberg Map, before going out of Batallia Downs

 

Also, while in the 'Past', be sure to click the Maw's to activate them for use in normal game time (non-expansion areas).

 

It seems the Wings Content is in Quest form via the Crystal War Quests. As you will see new NPC 's in the *S* Zones.

 

I also believe I picked up a Tele-Crystal in Pashow Marshlands. Ahh, they added 3 tele points for the WG zones, very nice.

 

Recall-Tele Locations

• Recall-Jugner (Jugner Forest (S) at G-9/H-9)
  
• Recall-Pashh (Pashhow Marshlands (S) at J-9)
  
• Recall-Meriph (Meriphataud Mountains (S) at I-8)
  

 

Maw Locations

• Sauromugue Champaign (K-9): On the west end of the ledge outside the Garlaige Citadel exit. You can see this one if you hug the left wall as you zone from Meriphataud Mountains.
  
• Rolanberry Fields (H-6): Behind a hill on the north wall of the zone, a short walk from Jeuno.
  
• Batallia Downs (H-5): Against the mountainside on the north side of the zone.
  
• Pashhow Marshlands (K-8): East of the main path near the center of the zone, just as you cross a bridge with a bend in it.
  
• Meriphataud Mountains (K-6): On the east side of the path heading to Zi'Tah. Just to the east of the hill in the middle of the path.
  
• Jugner Forest (H-11): Against the wall on the west side of the river near the south end of the zone. It's in a little nook on the right as you head south.
  
• West Sarutabaruta (H-9): Northwest of the fork in the path, up against the mountains. Not far from the Port Windurst zone, due west across the road from the small pond.
  
• East Ronfaure (H-5): In a nook on the north end of the zone. A short run northeast from the Southern San d'Oria zone, just past the Cheval River.
  
• North Gustaberg (K-7): A short walk northwest from the Port Bastok exit. In a nook into the east side of Zegham hill.
  

 

On a Non-Direct WG Quest / Mission Note:

I see there are 2 more Gobbie Bag Quests available. I don't have the loot now, but it's good to know they are there Gobbiebag VII and Gobbiebag VIII.

 

Ahh, Nomad Moogles let you access your Mog Locker without needing to hit Aht town.

I should do the Campaign Ops Mission Aegis Scream to increase my rewards from campaign.

More specifically, the Quests for the new WG zones will prove handy, as I got Grauberg last night. Lesson learned, sub WHM in the new zones. Those dragon lizards in Pashow hit damn hard for a Tough mob.

I'm only left with Fires of Discontent, then Campaign. :)

 

Yay, got ~ 780 XP and 450 notes on my first Run in Bastok. :)

Bump for :kat: Missions:

 

Once you rock the Missions to a Cutscene @ a Past Maw for Mission 3 (onry need to start it). You will Need to complete those 3 Starter City Quests to hit Mission 3 for Bastok. I can help on any you need, but I think all solo OK.

 

From there, you can get Sigil (Past / Crystal Era = Signet), and the NPC on the Left of him in town will Give you Allied Tags, when he has a Sword Icon up. To get Sanction, talk to This d00d. in Bastok Markets. ;)

 

There is a Teleport NPC by the Auction House area, but you will need Allied Notes. (Past Era = Conquest Points) to Ride Chocobos and teleport to Battle areas. ;)

 

If you have Tags next to your name, any mob that kills you with a Sword by it's name too, will lead to No XP loss. :) When the Beastmen are held back, you get rewarded w/ Allied Notes and XP. :bunny:

 

Once you get to mission 3, I'll show ya the ropes on easy XP spots (Rolanberry Fields Great spot). I talked to LS heads too, and that Teleport Quest for BLM to Past is mad easy. xD We will Quest it this weekend, as Monday and Thur are LS Dynamis Days. :cuddles:

 

Reminder:

No Aggro in Crawler's Nest, Garliage Shitadel, They are Bases, and you will be aggro free in them, until you get Allied Tags (Reward and Objective of starting Mission 3 for Wings of the Goddess) for Defending and getting XP. :)

I got you the Maw outside Bastok, so you can go back and forth mad quick from HP. :bunny:

 

* Head to Bastok Markets (S) and talk to Adelbrecht (E-8) to join Republican Legion's Fourth Divison.

o ---> North Gustaberg (S) (J-9) ---> Bastok Markets (S).

 

* Complete the quests The Fighting Fourth, Better Part of Valor and Fires of Discontent.

* Return to any of the 3 Cavernous Maws outside of Jeuno in the past for a cutscene. (Rolanberry Fields (S), Batallia Downs (S), or Sauromugue Champaign (S))

 

Just continue your Mission 2, and do the following Quests:

Aegis 1 done, no flag for 2 yet, but I did get 711 Allied Notes from NPC on clear. :)

Bump to finish, as these are XP Zones now. I felt like an Ass when I didn't have the Ronfaure one. At least I have the Jugner one, so I be takin the long route. Got the Ronfaure one after my XP Party, that rocked me from 37 to 39 in a few hours. Brd + Cor + PL = Insane XP on Birds!

 

I got another XP PT and just hit 40

 

Did some store travel to get more landscaping stuff for the house when Kat got home, then I jumped on and got the rest of the Maws done. :yar:

Trying to wrap up Cait Sith Mission, as completing it will give me access to Walk of Echoes.

 

Light in the Darkness is the current sub-quest I'm on for that mission (2/3 of needed to clear Cait mission). I have the Mine Shaft Key, so I just need to kill some Quads @ Ruhotz Silvermines Rocked this out and doing the last Bastok Mission.

 

I need to level my Sword for Bard Killing Powa!

 

A Timeswept Butterfly is my current quest now. :)
