Pic0o
Greets from the Office post-Holiday. We did some travel, and being back home was nice, as I celebrated with some good Gaming Shifts and varied sleep. :P Anyways, C4m3l, Fn0rd, and I spent some Quality Time playing Tiger this weekend, and Kat got her copy last night. The swing Mechanic can be done either by 3-click method, or Swing Emulation via the Left Analog. After some testing, the Analog feels like the most persistent over time method, with exceptions being with Putting @ close range. This game has tons of Modes, and Tiger Challenges are a good way to work your stats up on your Custom Golfer, along with Skills Play. The Online is smooth, and the only beef I currently has, is playing with friends does not increase your stats. Besides that, we played a few 18 hole rounds and had a good time. The Fade and Draw options you get by holding B are very handy, especially if you need to play your hook, like I do. :P If you like a good game of Tiger, and want to avoid a $50+ Used Price Tag for '09. You can get '08 for ~ $17.00 Used and leave with a solid Golf Game for under 20 bucks. ;) Link to comment
