Given some Canadaian love seeing as how I doubt any of you know many of these acts, I figured I would toss out my favorite bands from my home country

I already posted some Left Spine Down, so here in order are my favorite Canadaian bands.

1 - Ayria - saw her live in 2005 when she opened for Front Line Assembly.





2 - belladonnakillz - last.fm recommended them, sadly this band is no more as the lead singler/producer died. THey were a breakcore band the first two are slower songs of theirs.

3 - You Say Party! We Say Die! -since renamed to You Say Party! after the drummer died shortly after a concert to a brain hemmorage. Muh different from the above two acts.

4 - The Birthday Massacre - JUST started getting into these folk after listening to a cover they did of Left Spine Down

5 - Distorted Memory - Winnipeg band I saw recently and quite enjoyed, the singing ain't for me but love the production and the singing eventually grew on me

6 - Bif Naked - local girl who I have seen a number of times (at least 3) again not like most I have here and the singles IMO are some of the more poor songs. PS - everyone knows Bif Naked's "Lucky" from an episode of Buffy so I am not placing that

Thanks man. Mad music to investigate over the next day or so. I am familar with You Say Party! and Bif Naked. I enjoy Bif's vibe and melody, while I've only really heard YSP in passing.

Ayria is pretty decent. belladonnakillz isn't my bag at all though. You Say Party is not who I thought they were, but still a good listen too. Working down on the other tracks.
