Play a Game? (Game tracker)

Recommended Posts

As mentioned, seeing Dead Rising 2 being played, made the magic happen this weekend.

Costume Quest is coming out on October 20, 2010. PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Arcade Get will run $15 duckets. I do believe I shall embrace this costuming arcade fun.

I added a couple of Post-Mortem observations to previous game threads. Crackdown 2 and Borderlands are some examples, as I traded them in since they are just collecting dust.

Basically I look back on my time playing and feedback I've gotten from other people, to culminate a final feedback vibe.

I'm just editing the last post of the thread and adding the PM @ the bottom, as to not necro-bump the shit outta threads. This will also prove effective for me to check progress on games I strayed from and to see if it was the fault of the game, or my OCD. :roflmayo:

Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary Edition (Wii) comes out this Sunday I believe. It is a port of the SNES edition (right down to the in-game SNES button mapping graphic), thus giving you Mario 1, 2, 3 and The Lost Levels (AKA JP Mario 2). $30 bucks and this mass collection of good can be yours.

With being a Port, you should expect 4:3 Display resolution as well. I hear you can eject the CD once the game is loaded, since the only read loads the whole game into memory.

Also with the games come:

The game is bundled with a 32-page book of Mario's history, and a 26-minute soundtrack of music through the whole series.

If I have the loot, it shall be scored. I am actually a few worlds into Mario 3 on my Emu side. :)

New 30 Second Hero Japan trailer!

I loved and played the shit out of the 1st game. More Hero modes and a Map Editor?!?! I'll import that bitch, if I have to.

NeoGaf thread that gave me the vid link and shameful news the first game only sold 18,000 copies in the US.

Seriously, Half-Minute Hero is Magic.

Alan Wake DLC is 200 points today. Got me the 2nd expansion fo sho. Hitting Gaf thread to see what else is on sale today.

Mass Effect 2 DLC likely up tomorrow, while Limbo is looking to be on sale this Friday. I still have ~800 points chilling, so we shall see what they get spent on. I'm thinking Limbo, as it played good, but not for $15 bones, good.

I also added March 6th, 2011 release day for Pokemon White / Black. If Kat is done with whatever one she is DS'ing now, this may fall into her interests. :kat:

Updated the OP a bit, and I also wanted to throw in this Dark Souls trailer. From Software's next game of the Demon's Souls caliper.

Super Get on that beast.

FYI. XBL is having a vote for the next Game of the Week deal for Feb 28th, and Pacman Championship DX is winning by a nice margin. Will get if it wins, as it will be 50% off, dropping it to 400 points / $5 bones.

So, it looks like 3DS is going to get some Sega games and whatnot on the 3DS store. Reminded me of my favorite Game Gear title, Master of Darkness. Shit was awesome. ;)

Duke Nukem delayed, again.

In an announcement today, Gearbox Software president Randy Pitchford surprised nobody with the news that the project has suffered a one more last-minute slip, moving from a 6th of May release date in the UK to the 10th of June - for reasons that have yet to be shared.

Oh Duke, you so crazy! Wondering if I'm gonna go PC or 360 on my get. I do dig the close to b-day release though. :)
