Pic0o
If you ever got sick of sites who have decent info, but more ads then content, you can make web life less straining and more safe by giving a look @ NoScript and Ad Block Plus. Once you give these 2 examples a run, try going to some Ad-heavy sites, and enjoy the marginally decreased load time. I went to ffxi.allakhazam.com, and was swept away by the speed, versus loading all those damn banners. Pr0n and other shady sites will most likely run much nicer too. To get the Plugins, I suggest going to the Mozilla HTTPS Page, as it's less likely to have any illicitly modded plugins there. Link to comment
Pic0o
Bump to mention a plugin called Ghostery. It checks and can count the number of Web Bugs that are being used by sites for alternate tracking purposes. Yay, FTB passes with no ghetto sniffers. :) Link to comment
Pic0o
This is actually a default option in Firefox 13+ or so. I don't know about you, but when I close the browser, I do not want the last pages loading up. You can control this via Mozilla info. If you wish to set this in about:config, you want to change: browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash = false Link to comment
