Well it seems we got some players busting this game out lately. To be perfectly honest I have even started to play a little here and there. It's a pretty fun game, free to play which is nice. So with that said, we need to start getting people to roll up on TeamSpeak and bust out some action with us.

 

1. The game has a good range of chars to choose from
   
2. PVP Servers to make it more fun (Thats what we play)
   
3. Quest based leveling (Not a big fan of it, I like to grind off mobs)
   
4. Very Very Very team based which is pretty cool
   
5. Pet system which is rad. I love pet systems!
   
6. And yea pretty str8 forward, and I would call it a free World of War Craft

Left-click to auto-run targets is what pushed me in. almost too easy to play, as I'm 23 and wanting 25 to chill @ Vamp skill table.

Something to add here;

 

This game also has a training ground, so AFK leveling is do-able. Couple that with the fact that pretty much any box can load multiple instances of the client and you have yourself a character farming setup.

 

The only beef is each char needs a uniq email IF you wish to load them at the sametime. If you don't care about multi-client and only want to run 1 char at a time, you can make tons of chars under 1 account.

 

As I type this, I have 2 chars in training ground and 1 I am questing with. 3 clients loaded a not a hint of a performance hit.

 

 

So I guess the real question is... Where are the funtimebliss peeps?

Cleaning house and fearful of overly grindy MMO. It's suspicious how easy it is to blow time in this game.

Pretty much same here. I installed it and started a Protector, then I realized that I just am not ready for another MMO ;p. I don't know... between SC2, LoL, and Battlefield, I think I'm set for now.

Good thing I'm broke. Gonna make the Skyrim price drop mo sweetah. PC version pretty much same specs / performance to Oblivion. Word on that in the not forever aways. :)

Btw, If you are having the flower stretch graphic issue and the objects drawing out of polygon skew (As pictured here), you might want to roll your driver back to the 275.xx for nVidia cards. More recent posts say newest version fixes this, but I thought I was on current. :dunce: I have 285.27 installed now, 285.62 is latest.

 

I did an instance with some folks last night, then I used a bunch of my afk XP stones over night, getting me to 30. :)

What's level cap in Forsaken?

 

I think I'm going to update to Beta Nvidia drivers. Heard tales of noticeable framerate increase in BF3.

Either the cap is 80 now, or is currently 70 and will increase with a patch.

Getting my MMO on before Zelda Sunday Get. Hooking :kat: up with USB vids to watch and I'm loading on up FW.

 

Hoping I fixed the flower stretch issue, via the latest drivers for my 460 GTX. :ahoy:
