Kat told me you mentioned a sweet combo loader for WoW that check plugins for version updates and stuff. I hope SE does learn from WoW in it's next MMO, and adds some of the really good UI shit Blizzard is doing. I'd prolly play WoW again, if it was not for the Final storyline, and general lax ass mood of our LS. :) Link to comment
JeT Posted January 22, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2009 Yeah man... getting into a good guild (or LS) is like... one of the biggest reasons to stay in an MMO. The reason I've been playing wow so much is because one of my best friends from back home (who later moved to texas, then tn) has finally got into it. I used to bug him to play it waaay back when. Anyhoo, we're both in the same guild, and it's a pretty lax atmosphere with a bunch of nice peeps who have no problem helpin lower guildies lvl up and shit like that. (For harder grp quests and instance run stuff) Getting 1-60 now-a-days is so much faster with the double xp thing they turned on a few months ago. I'm really glad they did that, as it let me FINALLY begin to experience the EXPANSION CONTENT. I got my mage to 55 a bit ago! And I enabled the 10 day free lich king trial and created a DK. He is at lvl 59 I think. I'll probably play him til trial is up and then go back to leveling the mage. Once you hit 58 you can go to the first expansion areas and begin the crazy outlands. Insane stuff. Also, I still use the same links I did like 5 years ago. That curse-gaming one is the best I found for ui addons-- and they were the ones who developed their own client for keeping addons up-to-date and auto-installed. The app register's it's own protocol so the files can be clicked on in browsers and auto-trigger program and all that. Link to comment

Sounds like them XP's like 65+ in Final. :lol: Bard was like that, but I just stayed buzzed to downplay the time sink that was 65-75. :) Kat's bad LCD is still being poopy. Pic0o Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 Yup, wrong part was my conclusion after opening it up and attaching the resistor I got. I do think I might have crossed the pins on my haq solder job, so that could have been the issue too. Once it was gimped, I removed my addons, cleared the Solder and wanted to get that shit back to stock. Now I know how to revert it to OK, I may try the part again, but I need a new tip on my Solder gun, since the last time I lent it out, it came back looking like fuck, with no tip. Link to comment
